Shipping and Returns

Erbaviva offers free ground shipping on orders over $30 via UPS. Please allow 7 working days (from shipping date) to receive your order. However, shipping carriers can experience unexpected delays that are beyond our control. We ship Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship. Unfortunately we do not ship Internationally at this time.


Returns or Exchanges (if applicable):


Erbaviva guarantees all of our organic skin care products.

Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase from erbaviva.com. Please call 818.998.7773 or email: help@erbaviva.com to receive your Return Authorization No. #.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
